Will be visiting Minneapolis next week. Is 20.21 worth a visit? Any other restaurants you like better? Thanks much
Wolfgang Puck's restaurant-20.21
It%26#39;s VERY expensive (because it%26#39;s in the Walker) and an inconvenient location (unless you%26#39;re going there after the Walker).
I have not eaten there for the above reasons and because I prefer non-chain places. But the food is reviewed well and you do get excellent views if you%26#39;re seated in the right place.
I would suggest countless other places, depending on what type of food you like and area of the city you want to be in. And price range. For something high end and slightly less pricey, try 112 Eatery downtown on 3rd Street. Cozy place but hard to get into. Call weeks in advance.
Give us some info on what you like and we can recommend more.

While I think mntoathens is right on some points, I would highly recommend it for a couple reasons...
1) Their Sunday brunch is outstanding - we reserved the corner early for a wedding shower and not only enjoyed a variety of great food, but really enjoyed the view. I also thought it was reasonable for the quality - I think it was $25 each, I was expecting $35
2) The Walker is a great destination to visit if you%26#39;re into art, esp modern. I visited the Frida Kahlo exhibit (which is open thru this weekend) and highly recommend it. I also loved the movie with Selma Hayek, so that might be work checking out to better understand her background?
112 Eatery is supposed to be the best in town, but unless you can snag an early or late reservation, it%26#39;s hard to get into. If you%26#39;d like other suggestions for your weekend, let us know what you%26#39;re into. It will be a cold one!
We ate there once
had the coveted corner table with downtown view
it was an experience to try once - it was fun
won%26#39;t go back
just didn%26#39;t WOW me (for the price we paid).
If you wrap it into the museum visit, that would be a good plus.
I%26#39;ve only been there for the Sunday brunch but can%26#39;t wait to go back.
