Suggestions on Easiest Flights into Rochester from Houston?

Any suggestions?

We see that Southwest does not go into Rochester. Also American Airlines and Delta all have two stops on the way (through Dallas or Atlanta, then Chicago).

Is there an easier way? Any suggestions?

Given that it is only 75-80 miles from Minneapolis-St. Paul airport to Rochester, if I were renting a car anyway, and if I wanted some flight alternatives, I would fly to Minneapolis and drive to Rochester.

That would give you hundreds of flight options instead of just one.

You can also take a shuttle from Minn./St Paul to Rochester.
