Staying in St Paul on a Sunday, just wondering what the best nightclub would be to go to and how much a cab would be from St Paul downtown to Minneapolis downtown? Thanks

I%26#39;m not sure that Sunday and ';nightclub scene'; go together much in the Twin Cities. Sunday is very much a casual day and football day. You might have some luck near campus.

Even in Minneapolis, the only place that%26#39;s really hoppin on a Sunday is the Irish tavern - O%26#39;Donovans by the Target Center.

if the Wild are home downtown St. Paul will be buzzing. There are some fun bars along West 7th - Patrick McGovern%26#39;s, Tom Reid%26#39;s, The Liffy - that are big with the hockey crowd. There is nothing in downtown St. Paul I would consider a nightclub (dancing), St. Paul is more of a neighborhood bar type of place. There are a few places on Grand might be hopping, like the Wild Onion %26amp; Billy%26#39;s comes to mind.

If they Wild are not home it will be quiet downtown.

I agree that St. Paul is not too busy on a Sun. night unless The Wild are playing.

A cab would be around $20 to Minneapolis.

Thanks, looks like downtown Minneapolis is where to go then. The Wild are in town Monday (which we are going to) so Monday night will be spent around the Xcel. Thanks again...

As long as you%26#39;re going to be downtown Minneapolis, after bar, join in the tradition and hitting Pizza Luce a few block away and get a few slices of pizza from the ';slice line';. You%26#39;ll feel like a local and nothing tastes better when you%26#39;re really buzzed.
