Yes, the Dining Car in downtown St. Paul

Mickey%26#39;s maybe seats 20-25 people so don%26#39;t be surprised if you have a short wait for a stool.

Mickey%26#39;s is at 36 W 7th Street, not 9th.

The southwest corner of St Peter and 7th St.

funny - Wikipedia %26amp; MN Historical Society both have pages that state 9th street.

GoogleMaps has it on 7th street.
