Bus tour

I had asked earlier about bus tours of the Twin Cities. I have just returned from Minneapolis and took the Metro Connections Twin Cities tour. It was terrific. I got to see many sights in the downtowns of both cities, Minnehaha falls, parks, Mary Tyler Moore tv house, homes of Sinclair Lewis and F. Scott Fitzgerald, etc. This half-day tour left from Mall of America. Show your AAA card for a $3 discount.

The tour guide was excellent and informative.

The webpage is metroconnections.com. The tours run about $33 but seniors (55+) are $30. AAA members save an additional $3. We did have a brief stop at Macy%26#39;s food court for a ';take with'; lunch. The bus trip began at 10:30 am at Mall of Georgia. Bus was about three-fourths full.

Whoops...meant to say left from Mall of America.

I am from Atlanta and put Mall of Georgia by mistake. Mall of Georgia, the largest in our state, pales in comparison to MOA.
