Best Panini?

Good morning, all,

I%26#39;ll be visiting Minneapolis, my hometown, for 3 or 4 days later this month. While I%26#39;m there, I need to do some research on panini restaurants, as I am opening one where I live. Just need to get ideas, inspiration, etc. I will be staying in NE Mpls, with easy access to downtown, and E. Bloomington with not so easy access to anywhere. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for great panini places to visit while I%26#39;m there!

Best Panini?

You might have a hard time getting to it from NE Mpls but the Black Sheep Coffee Cafe in South St. Paul has fantastic paninis and a great atmosphere. You can check their website for more information (www.blacksheepcoffeecafe.com). It%26#39;s an independent coffee shop. It%26#39;s all homemade food, tea, etc. It%26#39;s just a few blocks north of 494 at 7th Ave in South St. Paul. Well worth the trip if you can get there!

Best Panini?

Thanks! I went to their website, and it looks great. I may not be able to get there, as you said, but can be inspired by their wonderful sounding panini menu on the website!

I don%26#39;t know if it exactly fits your description, but there are a couple italian or italian-like places, that have a great overall menus and have pananis on the menue.....D%26#39;Amico %26amp; Sons and Ciao Bella. They have locations in the Bloomington/Edina area.

bk_t1, thanks for your suggestions. I used to work for the D%26#39;Amico brothers in Minneapolis back in the day, and everything they do is quality. Even the sandwiches they sell at the MSP airport - the best airport food ever!!
