A report of our trip - June 15- 20 :-)

We had such a good time - good weather, good food,good game - the Twins won! good shopping...took lots and lots of pictures...

Arrived on Sunday - went shopping that afternoon and evening at MOA. Dinner at Bubba Gumps - ummy!

Monday - More shopping at the MOA - my daughter liked the shopping at the mall - in the morning.

We checked out the Underwater Adventure, and the Moose mountain mini golf. - we enjoyed both

For lunch, we found the Red Savoy pizza - very good!

We found the Landmark Center and the statues of Charlie Brown and his gang.

Tuesday - took the LRT downtown,found the buses we needed, and with lots of walking we explored the Minn. Intitute of Art, Sculpture Garden, walked through the Guthrie Theater, and the endless bridge, then to the Metrodome to watch the Twins win. Had lunch at the Panera Bread - excellent sandwiches.

Wednesday - went to the Minnesota Zoo, saw Kung Foo Panda at the Imax. Finished the day shopping again at MOA. Dinner at Famous Daves.

Thursday - Took the LRT and bus to the Aveda Institute for our pedicure. Had lunch at the Loon.

Looked around the downtown area - Neinum Marcus, Saks. Saw the Honey bunches of Oats people and got boxes of cereal!

Went to the Chanhassen Theater for dinner and play - 49th St. Very fun evening.

Friday - checked out of the hotel - which was the Comfort Inn at the Airport - it was OK, nothing fancy, but functional. We didn%26#39;t spend much time there!

Looked around Fort Snelling, then found Casper %26amp; Runyon%26#39;s Nook on Hamline. I had the Juicy Luci - very good!!

We left Minneapolis at 3pm on Friday, and ended up at home, in Yakima,Wa on Sunday at 7:30pm. Traveled 3,706 miles in all. Thanks to you, and your suggestions, we saw many things, and had dinner at places, we would have never thought about stopping at! Thanks.
