AmericInn-- We had a bad experience where the person confirmed yes they had rollaways. Good because we needed one to consider using the room. Only we were told it%26#39;s first come first serve you can%26#39;t reserve on them. Checked the week of, same thing, had them first come first serve and she had us on the list. Then move to day of and we get there at noon and say the same. We have to leave for a family function and didn%26#39;t arrive then till after 5PM. We get there and she informs us she talked to the gal that talked to us at noon and there was a mix up. They don%26#39;t have any rollaways available, and not only not available, but they don%26#39;t own any, there are none on the premises. We%26#39;re then told there%26#39;s no rooms that can accomodate unless we want to buy another room (a fairly empty Sun. night so they must not have much for bigger rooms). So we say that%26#39;s unacceptable and we have to cancel and try a diff. motel in town. The front desk lady was very understanding throughout and helped get us patched through to Country Inn and Suites for a reservation. Well then we get back to canceling and are told well canceling policy is 24 hr. advance. Well that%26#39;s nice but since months ago when we made the res. we were misinformed that they had rollaways three times. So she calls the manager and gets it squared away, canceling us out and apologizing for the misinformation.
We go over to Country Inn and Suites and for cheaper accomodations with the same discounts they had rollaways. So we stayed there. Beautiful room, comfy bed, big long counter in the bathroom, nice micro. and fridge and above counter space....The pool room was nice with a not too hot whirlpool and outdoors were two sections on either side of the lobby with tables. We ate dinner and played games out there and it was wonderful. In the morning their continental breakfast was fabulous--fresh waffles to make with strawberry topping, cereal, muffins, english muffins, sausage and circle shape eggs in the fridge to warm in the micro. for mcmuffin%26#39;s. There are coffee and cookies in the lobby. We had the most pleasant stay here and I would highly recommend this place.
I might consider an AmericInn in the future, but it was poor management that the employees repeatedly don%26#39;t know what they%26#39;re talking about. Also we learned that my mom was told when she made the reservation months ago that it was a noon cancellation, but come to find out when we cancelled that gal told us it was 24 hr. cancellation. So again inconsistencies. I just can%26#39;t imagine any motel not having ANY rollaways for their guests, I%26#39;m a bit suprised by that as well.
So if you%26#39;re looking for a fab stay in Little Falls the accomodations at Country Inn and Suites were memorable :-)
